ALAN WEISBERG: I've been practicing law for just over 35 years and my entire practice has been in the South Florida area.

ALAN WEISBERG: I'm from Kentucky, and growing up I wanted to be a lawyer that represented real people with real problems. And I never aspired to build a big firm or to want to be a manager.

When I started the firm, when I left the United States Attorney's Office, I tried doing everything and I found it impossible. And then I hired Dennis, and believe me, that was the best decision I ever made.

I've structured the firm where we handle our cases and we're with our clients. A client's case can take many twists and turns. It's important to be able to anticipate all the possibilities and ramifications. And having the background in both the civil tax and the criminal defense is critically important. Having the experience permits you to see from a much broader perspective what the client's problems may be.

ALAN WEISBERG: Many time a client comes in and doesn't really anticipate or understand the real problem and I have that perspective that permits me to hopefully identify the real problem.
